平流层飞艇蒙皮材料粘合剂应用研究

摘　　要：平流层飞艇用蒙皮材料由多层功能层组合构成,其各层之间需要特定的粘合剂粘结才能实现整体效果。介绍了蒙皮材料复合用粘合剂的应用研究。研究通过对比该粘合剂不同的固含量、固化剂用量、初固化温度以及熟化条件,经过研究分析其拉伸强度和剥离强度性能发现采用粘合剂固含量为70%,主剂与固化剂用量10:1.5,初固化温度55℃,60℃熟化90h,制备的蒙皮材料拉伸强度和剥离强度性能较好,并具有良好的耐高低温交变性能。The stratosphere airship with skin material consisted of multiple function layer combination, it needed specific adhesive bonding between the layers together to achieve the overall effect. The application re- search of skin material composite adhesive was introduced . By comparing the binder dosage of different solid content, curing agent and curing conditions, analysis of the tensile strength and peel strength, it is found that when adhesive solid content was 70%, the rate of main agent with curing agent was 10：1.5, the curing temper- ature was 60 ℃ , and the aged time was 90 h, the skin material had good tensile strength and peel performance , good resistance to high and low temperature alternating strength
