摘　　要：介绍了ANSYS软件的优化方法和优化设计的基本步骤,并结合实例,完成了某装备工作装置5节同步伸缩臂的优化设计,在满足工程要求的情况下,得到了合理的截面尺寸,降低了工作装置质量,节省了大量的工程材料。This paper introduces the optimization method of ANSYS software and the basic procedure of the optimization design, for example, the optimization design of section 5 synchronous telescopic jib of an engineering equipment is completed. On the conditions of meeting the engineering requirements, the reasonable orm work device is reduced and a large amount of engineering materials are saved.
