摘　　要：描述了贵阳供电局如何通过全方位信息化监控系统的建设和管理制度的完善来实现IT运维的自动化、智能化管理,降低人工工作量、保障信息化建设的有序推进。The paper described the methods used by Guiyang Power Supply Bureau to realize the automation of IT operation andmaintenance and the smart management, by constructing the all-round information monitoring system and improving the managementsystem, which decreased the manual operation and guarantee the ordered promotion of information construction.
