摘　　要：基于固定电话管理系统的需求,设计一种能够及时获取并线固话通话明细的监测终端,作为管理考核该话机的一种信息来源。该终端以ATmega16单片机为核心,通过解码芯片和外围电路获得FSK/DTMF制式来电显示、组合按键及摘挂机信息,并利用低成本嵌入式UART-ETH-Wi Fi模块与服务器实现网络通信。实际应用表明,该终端监测准确、稳定,值得在各种固话管理系统中推广,现已成功应用到挂机短信系统中。Based on the requirement of the fixed telephone management system,a monitoring terminal was designed as a source of information to manage the fixed telephone,which can timely obtain the calling detail of a parallel telephone. The monitoring terminal takes ATmega16 microcontroller as the core to get the FSK/DTMF standard caller ID,combination keys and offor onhook information through the decoding chip and peripheral circuit. The network communication is realized with lowcost embedded UARTETHWIFI module and server. The practical application shows that the monitoring terminal is accurate,stable,and worth promoting to a variety of fixedline telephone management systems. Now it has been successfully applied to onhook message system.
