摘　　要：糖皮质激素类药物是皮肤病治疗中非常重要的治疗手段,其有良好治疗作用的同时也有不少不良反应。在临床治疗中,需根据皮肤疾病的性质、皮损部位、皮损的严重程度及分期、患者年龄等因素规范使用适当作用时间与作用强度、以及适宜外用剂型的糖皮质激素,这样即可以提高疗效及安全性。Glucocorticoid in an important method in the treatment of dermatosis,which have a well treatment effect and adverse reaction. In the clinical treatment, on the basis of disease character,lesion area,lesion seriousness and stage, age of patients etc standard using proper action time and strength external glucocorticoid could improve efficacy and safety.
