摘　　要：文化大革命时期党的执政生态环境复杂,引发党的执政心理错位。"左"倾理论的指导、反修防修、中苏论战的交互作用;反右派斗争的严重影响,国内主要矛盾的误断,个人崇拜以及大批判的政治浪潮,全面夺权和"斗、批、改"运动,造成恐惧和暴力的执政文化登峰造极,并以一种近乎悲剧、闹剧的方式,将文化政治化、阶级斗争化所带来的危害充分地暴露出来,给党的执政文化建设带来诸多经验教训。The complex ruling party＇s ecological environment during the Cultural Revolution period caused psychological dislocation of the ruling party. ＂Left＂ deviation theory instruction, opposing and preventing revisionism, interaction of Sino - Soviet debate, serious impact of the anti -rightist struggle, misreading of domestic pri- mary contradictions, cult of the individual and critique of the political tide, and full power and ＂bucket, batch, change＂ movement caused the peak of fear and violence of the ruling culture and, in an almost tragic and ridiculous way, and fully exposed the harm of politicizing culture and making creating struggles between classes, which bring abundant experience and lessons to the construction of the Party＇ s govemance culture.
