合肥市现代服务业集群省域竞争力评析——基于偏离—份额Esteban模型

摘　　要：运用偏额—份额Esteban模型实证分析了合肥市现代服务业集群省域竞争力。研究发现,合肥市现代服务业集群发展速度快于安徽省平均水平,集群结构合理,具有明显的区域竞争优势。就合肥市现代服务业集群的各行业来说,金融业为支柱行业,科技服务业为传统优势行业,文体娱乐、教育、公共管理和社会组织、商务租赁行业为后来居上的优势行业,而卫生和社会保障、环境和公共设施管理行业则一直为劣势行业。This paper applies the Esteban Model of shift - share analysis to evaluate the provincial competitive- ness of the modern service industry cluster in Hefei. The research finds that the well - structured cluster of mod- ern service industry in Hefei is growing faster than the average level of the entire province, and thus is highly competitive in the region. Among various industries in the cluster, the financial industry is identified as the mainstay; the high -tech service industry continues to be competitive as it used to be; the culture and recreation, education, public administration and social organization, and business leasing service industries are advantaged industries that are catching up; however, the sectors of health -care and social security, environment and management of public facilities have always been in an inferior position .
