糖尿病患者血脂检验在临床诊断中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨临床上糖尿病患者的血脂检验在疾病诊断中的应用意义和价值。方法随机选取该院在2013年4月—2014年6月间收治的糖尿病患者共60例作为观察组,随机选取同时期内在我院进行检查的健康者60例作为对照组,对两组患者的三酰甘油(triacylglycerol,TG)、高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein,HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL)、总胆固醇(total choleste,TC)等血脂指标进行含量检测,并对比分析糖尿病患者与健康者间的血脂水平的差异状况,探讨糖尿病患者的血脂检验的重要临床意义。结果观察组患者的TG、TC、LDL和HDL水平均明显高于对照组中的健康者(P<0.05)。结论由于糖尿病患者与健康者的血脂水平存在明显差异,因此,血脂检验对于糖尿病患者的病情判断、相关合并症的预防具有重要的作用,值得在临床中推广和应用。Objective To investigate the application of the meaning and value of blood test of diabetic patients in the diagnosis of diseases in clinic. Method Randomly selected diabetic patients in our hospital in 2013 April -2014 year in June from a total of 60 cases as the observation group, the same period in our hospital were randomly selected for inspection in 60 healthy persons as control group, the patients in the two group three triacylglycerol （triacylglycerol, TG）, high density lipoprotein （high density lipoprotein, HDL）, low density lipoprotein （low density lipoprotein, LDL）, total cholesterol （total choleste, TC） and other lipids index content detection, and comparative analysis of the difference condition of blood lipid level in patients with diabetes mellitus between them, discuss the important clinical significance of blood test in diabetic patients. Results The patients in the observation group were TG, TC, LDL and HDL levels were significantly higher than that of the control group of healthy subjects （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Because of the existence of obvious differences in serum lipids levels in diabetic patients and healthy persons, so the blood test for the condition of patients with diabetes related complications, prevention of judgment plays an important role, is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
