临床护理路径在个性化母乳喂养管理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察临床护理路径在个体化母乳喂养管理工作中的应用效果。方法选取2014年11月至2015年1月在绵阳市妇幼保健院自然分娩的200例产妇,采用完全随机方法分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。观察组产妇按照临床护理路径进行个体化母乳喂养管理;对照组产妇按照产褥期护理常规进行传统母乳喂养指导,比较两组产妇母乳喂养信心、母乳喂养知识与技能掌握情况、乳房肿胀发生率、乳头疼痛和损伤发生率、住院期间纯母乳喂养率。结果观察组产妇母乳喂养信心、产妇母乳喂养知识与技能掌握情况、产妇住院期间纯母乳喂养率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇乳房肿胀发生率、产妇乳头疼痛和损伤发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在个体化母乳喂养管理中的应用可明显提高母乳喂养指导效果,对成功实施母乳喂养有十分重要的作用。Objective To observe the effect of clinical nursing pathway in individualized breastfeeding management.Methods With 200 natural childbirth lying-in women in Mianyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from Nov.2014 to Jan.2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each group.The women in control group were guided according to the traditional breastfeeding guidance puerperal care routine, and the women in observation group were managed by personalized breastfeeding management according to the clinical nursing pathway.Breastfeeding confidence, master degree of knowledge and skills about breastfeeding, the incidence rate of breast swelling, the incidence rate of nipple pain and injury, the exclusive breastfeeding rate during hospitalization, were compared in the two groups .Results The Breastfeeding confidence, master degree of the knowledge and skills about breastfeeding, exclusive breastfeeding rate during hospitalization of observation group were higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of breast swelling and incidence of nipple pain and injury of observation group was lower than those of control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion The clinical nursing path in the application of individualized breastfeeding management can obviously improve the effect of breastfeeding guidance, has significant effect for successful breastfeeding.
