摘  要:为了提高渤海油田厚油层水驱转聚合物驱(以下简称"聚驱")开发效果,开展了聚驱波及规律研究,力图定量获得聚驱提高厚油层波及效率的幅度。以渤海A油田为基础建立了油藏模型以开展数值模拟研究,研究了转聚驱的时机、注入聚合物段塞大小、渗透率变异系数和储层有效厚度等因素对海上油田厚油层聚驱波及系数的影响。结果表明:1注聚后波及系数(与水驱相比)明显提高,聚驱的波及系数比水驱的高0.2~0.3;2注聚段塞越大,波及系数越高,但从0.3PV以后增加注入聚合物段塞的大小对提高聚驱波及系数贡献幅度减小,建议经济合理的注聚段塞为0.3~0.4PV;3在含水率较低时进行转聚驱能够很快地、明显地提高波及系数,表明早期注聚较好;4随着渗透率变异系数的增大,水驱的波及系数降低。当变异系数较大时,聚驱可以提高波及系数;5储层有效厚度大,波及系数略低。厚度增大水驱和聚驱的波及系数都降低,但聚驱提高波及系数的效果明显好于水驱。研究建议早期注聚(含水率40%左右开始),注聚段塞以0.3~0.4PV为宜,可选择非均质性严重、预计水驱效果差的油层优先注聚。In order to improve the polymer flooding development effectiveness after water-flooding in thick pay-zone in Bohai Oilfield,a sweep law of polymer flooding was studied for quantitatively obtaining the magnitude of sweep efficiency that was improved by polymer flooding in thick oil pay-zone.Numerical simulation was studied by establishing ageological model A Oilfield in Bohai Area.The effects of polymer flooding opportunity,the size of polymer slug permeability variation coefficient and reservoir effective thickness on the sweep efficiency of polymer flooding in the offshore oilfield were studied.The results show that1 its sweep efficiency is significantly higher than that of water flooding and it is 20%~30% higher than that of water flooding;2the bigger the polymer injection slug is,the higher the sweep efficiency is,in consideration of the economic goals,the suitable polymer slug size is 0.3~0.4PV;3the polymer injection can be carried out for improving the sweep coefficient at low water-cut stage,thus the early polymer flooding is better;4with the increase of permeability variation coefficient,water-flooding sweep efficiency is reduced.When the permeability variation coefficient is large,the sweep efficiency can be improve by polymer flooding compared to water flooding;5when the effective reservoir thickness is larger,the sweep efficiency is slightly lower.When its thickness increases,water flooding and polymer flooding sweep efficiencies are reduced.But the effect of polymer flooding is significantly better than that of water flooding.The research suggests that polymer injection should be early(as water cut is about 40%),polymer slug injection should be at 0.3~0.4PV.For the reservoir with serious heterogeneity and poor water flooding effect should be treated preferentially.
