摘 要:介绍了福建联合石化(FREP)乙烯装置脱瓶颈改造项目概况,阐述了汽油分馏塔、急冷油循环、急冷油过滤器、盘油循环、急冷水塔、工艺水汽提塔及稀释蒸汽发生系统的改造情况。汽油分馏塔与减粘塔优化组合,减粘塔和进料急冷器更换满足改造负荷要求,解决进料急冷器堵塞,减粘塔操作困难,达到热量回收、稀释蒸汽发生量最大化目的,保证急冷系统安全、稳定运行。This paper introduces the debottlenecking and modification of the ethylene plant at Fujian Refining and Petrochemical Company(FREP),including the process characteristics and the modification principles of ethylene plant,and emphasizes the importance of quench system modification.The process flow and technical features of quench system are discussed, and the modification of gasoline fractionators,quench oil(QO)recycle,QO strainer,pan oil recycle,quench water tower,process water stripper and dilution steam generation system are introduced.By combining the gasoline fractionator with the viscosity control tower and replacing the viscosity control tower and the feed quench cooler,the modification capacity requirements were met,the plugging problem of feed quench cooler and the operation problem of viscosity control tower were solved,the heat recovery and dilution steam generation were maximized,and the safe and stable operation of the quench system was guaranteed.
