摘 要:采用k-ε湍流模型对2个配电室实例制冷工况下气流组织进行了数值模拟,得到了不同大小的配电室内的温度和速度分布图,比较了温度、速度分布的异同,分析了不同气流组织对配电室温度场的影响。通过模拟计算的方式为配电室内的气流组织设计提供一定的理论参考。In petrochemical industry,air cooling unit is usually used in substation room to satisfy the operating temperature requirements of electrical cabinets.Typically the air cooling unit directly distributes air from the hood side of air conditioner instead of connecting to the pipes for air distribution.However,the rationality of the position of the air cooling unit and the effect of the air cooling unit is unclear.In this article,ak-εturbulent model is used to simulate the air distribution in two substation rooms of difference dimensions. The distribution of temperature and velocity in these rooms is compared with each other,and the influence of different air distribution on the temperature field in substation room is analyzed.It can provide theoretical guidance for the air distribution design in substation room.
