摘　　要：目的评价一种免疫层析法快速检测沙门菌试剂性能及临床应用价值。方法应用沙门菌免疫层析法检测试剂,对33株纯培养细菌悬液及64份临床腹泻患者粪便标本进行检测,评价检测性能。结果检测试剂最低检出限为1×106cfu/ml;以细菌鉴定方法为对照,该检测试剂敏感性为100.0%,特异性为98.7%,准确度为99.2%,与其他肠道腹泻致病菌无交叉反应。试剂可实现A^F不同亚群沙门菌检测,且在4℃和37℃避光保存6个月,检测结果未发生改变。该检测试剂联合亚硒酸盐胱氨酸增菌液(SC)快速选择性增菌液可进一步提高临床沙门菌感染的腹泻标本检出率。结论该沙门菌免疫层析快速检测试剂盒具有快速、简便、敏感、特异和稳定的特点,适合临床应用推广。Objective To study the performance verification and clinical application of a Salmonella immune chromatography rapid detection reagent. Methods With Salmonella detection reagent to test 33 pure culture bacteria liquid and 64 clinical stool specimens, and evaluate the detection reagent performance. Results The lowest limit of detection was 1 ×10^6 cfu/ml. Taking bacteria/identification method for control, the reagent detection sensitivity was 100.0% , the specificity was 98.7% , the accuracy was 99.2%, and there were no cross reactions with other intestinal diarrhea pathogens. The reagent can realize differ- ent subsets of A - F detection of Salmonella, and the detection ability was not influent when preserved in 4 degrees and 37 de- grees for 6 months. The Salmonella immune chromatography rapid detection reagent combined with SC rapid selective enrich- ment liquid can improve the positive detection rate of clinical specimens. Conclusion The Salmonella immune chromatography rapid detection reagent has the characteristics of being rapid, simple, sensitive, specific and stable, and suitable for clinical ap- plication.
