摘　　要：目的研究检测心脏X综合征患者血液PTX-3和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)等因子水平,并探讨这些感染相关因子在CSX发病机制中的作用。方法将52例心内科患者分为无糖尿病(CSX)组32例,伴糖尿病(CSX-D)组20例,另选20例无症状但有类似的心血管病风险因子者作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附分析(ELISA)试验检测3组PTX-3,全自动生化分析仪检测hs-CRP。结果 CSX组、CSX-D组患者血清PTX-3水平显著高于对照组(P<0.001),2组CSX患者血清PTX-3水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清hs-CRP在2组CSX患者外周血水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组血清hs-CRP水平显著低于CSX组患者(P<0.05)和CSX-D组患者(P<0.01)。单一参数相关分析显示血清PTX-3和hs-CRP水平存在明显正相关(r=0.41,P<0.01)。结论 CSX患者血清中PTX-3水平升高,PTX-3可作为一种CSX发病机制的标志物。Objective To detected the levels of PTX - 3 and hs - CRP and explored the roles in the pathogenesis of these infec- tious agents in cardiac syndrome X. Methods 52 patients with cardiac syndrome X can be divided into 32 patients with cardiac syndrome X （CSX） and 20 patients with cardiac syndrome X combined with diabetes mellitus（ CSX - D） , an alternate 20 cases of asymptomatie but have similar risk factors for cardiovascular disease （ without diabetes） as control group. PTX - 3 levels of the three groups were measured by enzyme - linked abdorbed assay, hs - CRP was determined by using an automated measure- ment method. Results PTX - 3 level in CSX group and CSX - D group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） , PTX - 3 level in the 2 groups with CSX was no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. While the hs - CRP levels in the 2 groups with CSX was no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. hs - CRP level in the control group was significantly lower than CSX group （ P 〈 0.05 ） and CSX - D group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Single parameter analysis shows that serum PTX - 3 and hs - CRP lev- el was obviously positive correlation（ r = 0.41 ,P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion PTX -3 level enhance in CSX, PTX -3 can he used as a marker to the pathogenesis of CSX.
