摘　　要：医院医疗管理质量在较大程度上影响医院的生存以及发展情况,因此,提高医疗管理质量是医院当下的重要研究内容,也是医院的奋斗目标。而现阶段,在医疗质量管理中暴露出较多的问题,例如质量意识不高、管理模式、管理理念不够创新、管理工作质量差等。这些问题折射出现阶段的医疗质量管理不够完善,且需要不断对其进行创新、完善,使医疗质量管理模式可以顺应时代的发展要求。要创新、完善当前的质量管理模式,对其现状进行分析尤为必要,只有对出现的不足、问题进行深入的研究,才可以根据当下的发展要求不断完善管理模式,进而为患者提供高质量的服务。The medical management quality of the hospital affects the survival and development of the hospital in a large extent, so, it is an important content to improve the medical management quality for hospitals, and it’s also the goal of hospitals. But at this stage, there are many problems in the medical quality management, such as quality consciousness is not high, management mode and management is not innovative enough, management quality is poor and so on. These problems reflect that the medical quality management is not perfect at present, and it needs continuous innovation and perfection to make the medical quality management mode can adapt to the development demand of the times. It is necessary to analyze the current situation of the quality management model to innovate and improve it. Only the intensive research of shortages and problems can provide high quality service for patients by the constant improvement of the management pattern according to the requirements of the present development.
