摘　　要：生产型科研单位逐渐从过去的科研为主生产为辅走向了规模化生产,但是由于这类单位的生产运营模式有别于传统企业,普通的商用生产管理软件不太适合。本文通过对这类单位的生产计划管理流程和特点的研究,提出了一种适合这类单位生产计划管理特点的解决方案。The production-oriented research unit has entered large-scale production instead of the traditional research-oriented production. But because the production operation mode of this kind of unit is different from that of the traditional enterprise, the ordinary commercial production management software is not suitable for them. This article studies the production plan management processes and characteristics of this kind and proposes a solution suitable for the production plan management characteristics of this kind of unit.
