摘　　要：大学生失业现象普遍存在,在当前经济形势下,较高的失业率表现为结构性失业和摩擦性失业。造成失业的原因多样,研究显示,劳动力市场方面的影响不容忽视,特别是我国劳动力市场存在的市场分割、信息不对称和市场成本高的问题。构建高效的劳动力市场是降低失业的重要手段,亦须从市场的角度寻找改善途径。College student unemployment is widespread. In the current economic situation, high unemployment rate shows the structural unemployment and frictional unemployment. The causes of unemployment are diverse. The research shows that the impact of labor market can not be ignored, especially the market of labor market in China has the problems of market segmentation, information asymmetry and high market cost. To build efficient labor market is an important means of reducing unemployment, and it must seek improvement ways from the market point.
