摘　　要：目的:观察电针配合中国灸贴敷及盆底肌功能锻炼治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效。方法:将70例符合诊断标准的患者随机分成治疗组(电针配合中国灸贴敷及盆底肌功能锻炼)和对照组(传统针刺疗法)每组35例,比较治疗后两组患者尿失禁的改善情况。结果:治疗3个疗程后,治疗组治愈23例,好转10例,无效2例,总有效率94.3%;对照组治愈10例,好转9例,无效16例,总有效率54.3%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合中国灸贴敷及功能锻炼治疗女性压力性尿失禁疗效好。Objective： To investigate the efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with Chinese moxi- bustion and pelvic floor muscle exercise in treating female stress urinary incontinence. Methods： 70 female cases were randomly allocated to two groups, each 35 cases. The treatment group was treated by combination of electroacupuncture, Chinese moxibustion and pelvic floor muscle exercise, and the control group was treated by traditional acupuncture. The therapeutic effects were evalua ted and compared after treatment. Results. After three courses of treatment, the efficacy rate was 94.3% in the treatment group with 23 cured cases, 10 improved cases and 2 inefficient cases, which was significantly higher than 54. 3% in the control group, 10 cured, 9 improved, 16 inefficient （P^0.05）. Conclusion： There is a unique treatment effect for female stress urinary incontinence by electroacupuncture combined with Chinese moxibustion and functional training.
