两种手术体位在吻合器环形痔切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨两种不同的手术体位在吻合器环形痔切除术中的应用效果。方法:110例吻合器环形痔切除术患者,依据不同的手术体位分成:A组,改良截石位,50例;B组,俯卧折刀位,60例,观察、比较两组的疗效。结果:A组手术时间、术中出血量明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组术后并发症发生率为16.0%,明显高于B组5.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吻合器环形痔切除术治疗痔疮时,采用俯卧折刀位治疗效果优于采用改良截石位。Objective： To investigate the application of two different surgical position effect in the annular stapler hemorrhoidectomy. Methods： 110 cases annular stapler hemorrhoidectomy patients were divided according to different surgical positions：Group A, modified lithotomy position, 50 cases; Group B, prone jackknife position, 60 cases, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results： Operative time, blood loss in group A were higher than those in group B, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Postoperative complications occurred in group A was 16.0%, significantly higher than 5.0% in group B, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： When the annular stapler hemorrhoidectomy is used to treat hemorrhoids, adopting the prone jackknife position shows better effects than adopting the modified lithotomy position
