摘　　要：为提高对罕见病种Whipple病(Whipple disease,WD)的进一步认识,增强临床疑难疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断能力.本文对1例可疑直肠WD患者的病史特点、临床症状、手术后的病理资料进行分析,并进行文献复习.WD临床表现复杂多样,可累及多系统,尤其是消化系统,起病隐匿,症状可不典型,易被临床医生忽视,确诊有赖于活体组织病理检查.Whipple disease is a rare infectious disease that involves multiple systems, especially the digestive system. Here we report a case of mixed hemorrhoid with Whipple＇s disease with regard to medical history, clinical manifestations and pathological data. We also performed a literature review to raise the awareness of this rare disease and improves its clinical diagnosis.
