摘 要:以Fe SO4·7H2O、Na2S2O3·5H2O和Ni SO4·6H2O为原料,采用溶剂热法合成了Ni掺杂的黄铁矿Fe S2粉体,利用XRD、XPS、FE-SEM、UV-Vis、拉曼光谱等测试手段对所得产物进行了表征分析。结果表明,掺杂适量的Ni可促进白铁矿Fe S2向黄铁矿Fe S2的晶型转变。Ni掺杂有利于提高NixFe1-xS2的可见光催化活性,当Ni的掺入量x为0.125时,样品的光催化性能最好。在可见光照射210 min后,亚甲基蓝的降解率为62.8%,与未掺杂Fe S2相比,其降解率提高了26.2%。Ni-doped pyrite Fe S2 were synthesized through a solvothermal method using Fe SO4·7H2O, Na2S2O3·5H2O and Ni SO4·6H2O as raw materials. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS), field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM), UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra(DRS) and Raman spectroscopy. The results showed that appropriate amount of Ni doping facilitated the transformation of the marcasite to pyrite. After Ni2 +doping, the visible-light-driven photocatalytic performance of the Fe S2 was greatly enhanced. Methylene blue(MB) was decomposed 62.8% within 210 min using Ni0.125Fe0.875S2 as photocatalyst, which was 26.2% higher than that of the pristine Fe S2.
