摘 要:在工业纯铝中添加Si C增强体或Si C和B4C复合增强体,采用分段包套除气等工艺制备了体育器材用铝基复合材料,并进行显微组织、物相组成、力学性能和耐磨损性能的测试与对比分析。结果表明:复合添加Si C和B4C增强体较单一添加Si C增强体能使复合材料具有更佳的力学性能和耐磨损性,室温抗拉强度从446MPa增加至56 MPa,20、50、100℃磨损体积分别减小81%、80%和81%。Adding Si C reinforced body or Si C/B4 C composite reinforced body into industrial aluminum,and used segmented sheath outgassing process and other processes,the aluminum matrix composite for sports equipment was prepared,and then the testing and comparative analysis of the microstructure,phase composition,mechanical properties and the wear-resistant properties were carried out.The results show that the composite through the addition of SiC and B4 C composite reinforcement has better mechanical properties and wear resistance properties than that of the material with single addition of Si C reinforced materials:the tensile strength at room temperature increases from 446 MPa to 568 MPa,and the wear volume at20℃,50℃ and 100℃ reduces by 81%,80% and 81%,respectively.
