摘  要:总结了油套管失效分析的程序步骤,结合延长油田CO2驱油工况条件以及J55油管失效现状,综述了J55油套管失效分析的研究进展,并指出了导致J55油套管管体失效和螺纹失效的关键因素。研究表明,材质、不规范操作和工况条件(如腐蚀)是管体失效的最关键因素,而应力和温度的不均匀分布是螺纹失效的最关键因素。同时阐述了管体判废依据,并提出相应的预防建议。The procedural steps of failure analysis were summarized.Combining with the working conditions of CO2 enhanced oil recovery and the failure status of J55 tubing in Yanchang oil field,the recent developments in failure analysis of J55 tubing and casing and the key factors for resulting in the failure of tube body and threads were reviewed.Some important results show that the materials,non-standard operation and working conditions(such as corrosion) are the key factors for resulting in the failure of tubular body,while the uneven distribution of stress and temperature is the key factor for resulting in the failure of threads.Furthermore,the scraped criterion of tube body and corresponding preventive measures for the failure of J55 tubing and casing were stated.
