摘  要:子宫内膜异位症(EMs)研究近90年,病因依然成谜。EMs与月经紧密相关,月经期间子宫螺旋动脉收缩,内膜因缺血缺氧脱落,随经血逆流,在异位种植血管生成前,不可避免处于缺氧状态。近年研究表明缺氧改变细胞代谢、凋亡、增生、血管生成等各种生物学特性。本文重点阐述缺氧在EMs发生发展中的可能作用机制。The etiology of endometriosis is still an enigma after nearly 90-year study. Endometriosis is closely related to the menstruation, during which uterine spiral arteries contract and endometrium is shed due to ischemia and hypoxia. Endometrial cells that are misplaced along with menstrual reflux are in isehemic and hypoxic state until angiogenesis in the pelvic cavity. In fact, recent experimental and clinical studies have suggested that hypoxia affects a series of biological parameters like metabolism, apoptosis, proliferation and angiogenesis of cells. The article focuses on the role of hypoxia in the development of endometriosis, which may be able to provide a new perspective for the study and treatment of the disease.
