摘　　要：走廊医生事件不仅曝光了过度医疗现象,更折射出当代医生所具有的多重角色以及角色间的冲突问题。为缓和医生的角色冲突程度,减轻医生的角色紧张感,使其能够在医疗活动中充分发挥主观积极性和创造性,通过深入剖析事件中所反映出的各种角色冲突的类型及原因,提出自我调适和社会调控的处理对策,试图有效缓和当前医生的角色冲突,创造和谐的医疗环境。The issue of the corridor doctor has not only unveiled over-treatment, but also reflected multiple roles of doctors and conflicts among these roles. Doctors＇ motivation and initiative may be dampened by the role conflicts. This article thoroughly analyzed the types and reasons of role conflicts reflected in the issue, thereby proposing some suggestions on self-adjustment and social controls to alleviate the role conflicts of doctors and establish a harmonious medical environment.
