民族药蔓菁膏对小鼠性功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:初步研究蔓菁膏对小鼠性功能的影响。方法:蔓菁膏按低、中、高剂量给雄性小鼠灌胃30 d,灌胃结束后开展雄鼠与雌鼠的交配和合笼实验,观察并记录雄鼠捕捉雌鼠的潜伏期、捕捉次数、射精潜伏期、射精次数,以及雌鼠观察到阴栓的天数、阴栓出现率。结果:蔓菁膏3个剂量均能增加雄鼠对雌鼠的捕捉率、平均捕捉次数、射精率,缩短"平均捕捉潜伏期"和"射精潜伏期";其中,中剂量增加捕捉率的作用最强,高剂量增加射精率的作用最强。但是在停止给药后12 d内,蔓菁膏3个剂量均能降低雌鼠与雄鼠合笼后的阴栓率,其中以高剂量组最明显,中剂量次之,低剂量再次。还能促进雄鼠体重的增长。结论:蔓菁膏连续给予30 d能增强雄鼠对雌鼠的捕捉、射精行为,但是停止给予后12 d内可能减少雄鼠与雌鼠合笼后的交配行为。Objective： To preliminary study the effect of Brassicae Radix Creamon on sexual function in mice. Methods： Brassicae Radix Creamon at low, medium and high doses were administered, qd for 30 days, in male mice. Carry out mating test and Hop cage experiment on male and female after gavage. Data were collected and analyzed, including capture latency period, times of capture, sexual endurance and times of ejaculation. Female rats were observed of vaginal plugs for a few days, and the occurrence rate of vaginal plugs. Results： Three doses of Brassicae Radix Creamon could increase the capture rate of males for females, the average number of capture, and the ejaculation rate. And, it was proved to be effective in shorting the ＂average incubation period to capture＂ and ＂ejaculatory latency＂ ; Wherein, medium doses had the strongest effect to increase the capture rate. High dose had the strongest effect to increase ejaculation. However, Brassicae Radix Creamon of three doses could reduce vaginal suppository rate when females and males caged together, after stopping administration in 12 days. The most significant lower was high-dose group, middle dose followed by low-dose again. And, it could promote the weight growth of males. Conclusion： Brassicae Radix Creamon at three doses could en- hance the capture and ejaculation behavior of male ＇for females, once per day for 30 days. Howeren, it might reduce the mating behavior after male and female caged in 12 days, when stopped giving the drugs.
