摘  要:目的:观察加味八珍汤减轻奥沙利铂致神经毒性临床疗效。方法:选择60例患者随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例,两组患者均采用奥沙利铂联合化疗方案。治疗组在对照组化疗基础上加用加味八珍汤。结果:治疗组、对照组有效率分别为83.33%和60.00%;治疗组与对照组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。结论:加味八珍汤对奥沙利铂致神经毒性有减毒增效作用。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the modified Ba-zhen decoction on reducing the neurotoxicity of Oxaliplatin. Methods: The trial was carried out in 60 cases. The patients were evenly randomized into treatment group and control group. The two groups were both given combination chemotherapy oxaliplatin into solution. But the treatment group also was given the modified Ba-zhen decoction. Results: The efficient of the treatment and the control group were 83.33% and 60.00% respectively. The difference of total effective rate is significant (P 〈 0. 05 ) between the treatment group and the control one. The clinical effective of the treatment group is better. Conclusion: Modified Ba-zhen decoction can not only reduce the neurotoxicity of Oxaliplatin but also increase the effect of the Oxalipatin.
