电针结合中药熏蒸治疗早期髌股关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针结合中药熏蒸治疗早期髌股关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将56例早期髌股关节炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各28例。治疗组采用电针结合中药熏蒸治疗;对照组单纯采用电针治疗。比较2组治疗前后骨性关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分并评定疗效。结果:2组患者治疗后WOMAC各项评分(疼痛评分、僵硬评分、日常活动功能评分及总评分)均明显降低,与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组WOMAC各项评分改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为96.43%,对照组为85.71%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针结合中药熏蒸治疗和单纯电针治疗早期髌股关节炎疗效确切,且电针结合中药熏蒸治疗优于单纯电针治疗。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of electro-acupuncture combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） fumigation treatment to treat early patello-femoral osteoarthritis （PFOA） . Methods： 56 patients who suffered early PFOA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 28 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with electro-acupuncture combined with TCM fumigation treatment, the control group with simple acupuncture therapy. Osteoarthritis Index （WOMAC） were compared before and after treatment to evaluate the curative effect. Results： After the treatment, the WOMAC score had reduced significantly （score of pain, stiffness, activities of daily living and total score）, which compared with the same group before treatment, it has significant differences （P 〈0. 01 ） . at the same time, the WOMAC score of the treatment group was better than control group, it still has statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05） The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.43 %, 85.71% in the control group, it has significant differences between the two groups （P 〈0. 05） . Conclusion： Both electro-acupuncture combined with TCM fumigation treatment and single acupuncture treatment has exact effect to treat early PFOA, and combination treatment was better than single electro-acupuncture.
