摘　　要：磷化印痕、发黄是磷化不良主要缺陷,围绕涂装车间前处理磷化车身不良的问题进行探讨,分析了磷化不良产生的原因,在此基础上采取了相应措施对磷化槽液进行调整,使磷化车身不良得以解决。The impression and yellowing are the main defects of adverse phosphating. The adverse phosphating in painting workshop was discussed. The reasons led to adverse phosphating were analyzed, and taking the appropriate measures to adjust the phosphating solution so that to solve the problem of adverse phosphating.
