摘　　要：根据测量不确定度评估与表示理论,主要从涂料固体含量重复性测量、试验设备、试样引入、数据修约等方面分析了测量不确定度来源,以及测量不确定度在试验结果中的表示方法,推算了涂料固体含量测量不确定度,得出了涂料固体含量测量结果的合成不确定度。According to the theory of accessing and expressing the uncertainty, the sources of the uncertainty of measurement were analyzed from calculating the coating solid content measurement uncertainty, experimental machine, model and strain rate change, the data values, etc. According to the representation of measurement uncertainty in the test result, measurement uncertainty of coating solid content was calculated, and the measurement results of the combined uncertainty was obtained.
