基于2013版计量规范的超高施工增加缺项处理研究

摘　　要：2013版《房屋建筑与装饰工程工程量计算规范》(GB50854-2013)在执行过程中,超高施工增加项目的规定与各地计价定额规定存在一定差异,导致清单项目缺项。结合某地计价定额对超高施工的规定和具体实例,从招标阶段和施工阶段分别阐述超高施工增加缺项问题的处理方法,供计价人员在工程计量计价实务中参考。In the implementation process of 2013 version of＂the calculation of quantities of housing construction and decoration engineering＂（GB50854-2013）,the provisions of ultra-high construction increased term exists certain differences with local valuation quota regulations,leads to lack of listing term. This paper combines somewhere valuation quota of ultrahigh construction and specific examples,expounds the processing method of short term from the bidding stage and construction stage.
