摘　　要：项目功能组合和开发时序是新城建设的关键要素。结合实际项目策划,以充分发挥各功能间相互助益的作用为原则,进行产业新城各种功能的选择、组合,以及开发时序设计。在此基础上,通过经济测算分析项目的可行性,为我国产业新城建设中的政企合作和综合开发模式提供思路和参考。Function combining and development sequence are the key elements to the construction of the new town. Based on the planning of the actual project,this paper analyzes the choice,combination and development sequence of industrial new town different functions in order to make full use of the mutually benef icial cooperation,and finally evaluates the economic feasibility to provide ideas and suggestions for the Public Private Partnership and comprehensive development in the construction of industrial new towns.
