摘　　要：在建立相应评价指标体系的基础上,运用集对分析的二元联系数理论,把指标描述的区间数权重值和评价值转化为二元联系数的形式,构建应用区间数的绿色工程项目管理绩效评价模型,并通过实证研究验证该评价体系的可行性和实用性,为建设单位评价绿色工程的项目管理绩效、进行管理决策提供简便、有效的方法。In order to evaluate the performance of green project management,an interval evaluation model of green project management is established based on the establishment of performance evaluation index system of green project management. It uses binary connection number theory of set pair analysis to transform the interval weights and evaluations into the forms of binary connection number. This paper effectively solves uncertainty evaluation for green project management in order to provide a simple and effective project management performance evaluation method for management decision-making.
