摘 要:为研究振动设备对其支撑结构的动力损伤情况,以平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司八矿选煤厂生产厂房为研究对象,建立了振动设备及其支撑结构具有连续分布参数的动力分析模型,然后利用能量原理导出其在稳态振动时的控制方程及边界条件,针对结构振动波速不变以及变化的情况,采用常微分方程求解器COLSYS分别对控制方程求其数值解,进而得出设备在不同转速下其支撑结构的动力响应(包括共振响应),最后得到当振动设备在某些转速下会导致其振动频率和支撑结构的某阶固有频相一致从而诱发共振的结论,并以此为选煤厂振动设备与其支撑结构的安全使用提出了一些建议。In order to investigate the damage of a structure caused by the dynamic loading induced by vibra- tional equipment attached on it, taking Pingdingshan Tianan coal mining limited by share Ltd & mine coal preparation plant as the background. Vibrational equipment and its supporting structure dynamic analytical model of continuously distributed parameters is established, The governing equations and corresponding bound- ary conditions are developed for the investigation of steady-state responses of the analytical model. The dynam- ic responses including the resonant responses under different transverse wave velocities are numerically investi- gated by using an ordinary differential equation solver COLSYS due to the dynamic actions coming from the variation of running velocities of vibrational equipment. The computational results show that the resonance can be induced when the running speed of vibrational equipment is approaching to some certain values correlating the natural frequencies of its supporting structure. A meaningful reference will be provided to coal preparation plants for the installation and utilization of their vibrational equipment and supporting structures.
