摘 要:为解决河南安林煤业有限公司压煤村庄实施房屋就地重建技术,结合该矿具体地质采矿条件,采用概率积分法分析了老采空区的残余变形情况;通过附加应力法进行计算分析,研究了建筑物荷载对老采空区"活化"的影响。研究结果表明:当老采空区采动稳定后,采空区上方周围的建筑物仍会受到很小的残余变形,但残余变形量在允许范围内;重建一般民房的载荷影响深度远小于裂缝带发育高度,不会引起老采空区的"活化",在对民房采取一定的技术措施后,房屋就地重建技术在该矿区是可行的。In order to implement the local reconstruction on the villages in the mining area of Henan Anlin Coal Company. Based on the geological and mining conditions of the mine , the residual deformation of old goaf is analyzed by the probability integral method ; to study the effect of loads on buildings to the "activation" of old goaf , it is analyzed and evaluated with the additional stress method. The results show that: when the old goaf stays stability after mining, the surrounding buildings above will still have small residual deformation, which is in the permitted range. Because the influence depth of load of building is far less than the fracture zone height, it will not cause the activation of old goaf. Taking a certain technical measures, building local recon- struction technique is feasible in the mining area.
