摘  要:电感耦合等离子体(ICP)光源氩气用量通常超过12L/min,是ICP光谱仪运行分析的最主要的消耗品,价格较贵。现介绍并评论多种低氩气耗量ICP光源,包括低气流炬管、水冷炬管、微型ICP炬管、双原子分子气体光源及混合气体光源等。讨论了节省氩气ICP光源技术的最新发展。Argon is one of the major consumables employed as an operating gas for ICP instrument. It is well recognized that the consumption of argon exceeds 12 L/rain for most ICP instruments, which leading to increase the detection cost. In the paper, ways to reduce argon consumption of ICP torches had been summarized and reviewed. These toches, such as low-gas-flow torches, water-cooled torches, miniature inductively coupled plasma torches, molecular-gas torches,mixed gas toches, etc, were briefly introduced. The prospects for development of ICP torches with reduction argon consumption were presented in the end.
