摘　　要：创新已成为社会发展的核心驱动力,管理创新是其重要的组成部分。TRIZ理论应用于管理创新具有可行性,众多学者进行了TRIZ在管理领域的应用研究。分析了TRIZ在管理领域的应用研究现状,归纳出目前主要的4种研究成果类型,总结其特征;重点阐述了"管理TRIZ本体"的构建流程、方法与关键,采用Protégé实现本体编码;提出了基于本体和语义网技术的TRIZ在管理领域应用知识库架构,该架构具有集成性、协同性、可扩展性和规范性的特征。Innovation has become the core drivers for the development of society, and management innovation is an important part of it. It＇ s feasible to apply TRIZ theory to management innovation and many scholars have conducted some applied researches on TRIZ theory in management field. This paper first analyzed the status of applied research on TRIZ theory in management field, and concluded 4 types of research productions, and summarized their features. And then, the process, method and key points of the construction of ＂Management -TRIZ Ontology＂ were described in detail, and Protege was used to complete the establishment of the ontology. Finally, it proposed the framework of the knowledge base for applying TRIZ to management field based on ontology and semantic network technologies, which has the characteristics of integration, coordination, expansibility and standardization.
