摘  要:以不同树龄(1龄、2龄、4龄)桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)的成熟叶为材料,采用石蜡切片法和显微观察法,对叶片形态和组织结构进行了比较研究。结果表明:树龄对桐花树的叶片形态和组织结构均有显著的影响,随着树龄的增大,叶面积呈增大趋势,且4龄树的叶面积显著大于1龄和2龄,比叶重基本不变,而叶片长宽比则呈减小趋势;叶片的栅栏组织厚度、海绵组织厚度、叶片组织结构紧密度和疏松度均呈先降后升趋势,且4龄树的叶片组织结构密度和疏松度显著增大;成熟叶上、下表皮细胞大小变化不大;上表皮角质层逐年增厚,而下表皮角质层逐年变薄;盐腺细胞则显著增大。The morphology and organizational structure of mature leaves of different ages (1 year, 2 year and 4 year) of Aegiceras corniculatum plants were comparatively studied by adopting paraffin section method and microscopic observation. Results indicated that leaf area increased with plant age, namely the average leaf area of 4-year plants was significantly larger than those of 1-year and 2-year plants, whereas the specific leaf weight remained basically unchanged and the leaf length to width ratio demonstrated a trend of reduction with plant age; as the plant age of A. corniculatum increased from 1-year to 2-year and to 4-year, the thickness of palisade tissue and sponge tissue, the organizational structure closely degrees and organizational structure loose degrees all demonstrated a trend of declining first then rising again, so that the organizational structure closely degrees and organizational structure loose degrees of 4-year plant leaves were significantly larger than that of the younger plants. No significant difference was observed between the size of upper epidermal cells and lower epidermal cells; the cuticle thickness of upper epidermis increased with plant age, whereas the cuticle thickness of lower epidermis decreased with plant age; the slat gland cells significantly enlarged with plant age. The results indicated that plant age had significant effect on leaf morphology and organizational structure of A. corniculatum.
