摘  要:血清中和抗体滴度的高低,体现了血清对病毒感染的中和能力,是评价疫苗免疫效果的重要指标。对国内3个大型猪场共120头猪的血清样品分别进行O型口蹄疫病毒ELISA和病毒中和试验,并分别比较两种方法的符合率和阳性检出率。结果表明,两种方法的阳性符合率和阴性符合率分别为77.3%和72.2%,总符合率为75%,均能有效检测猪血清中的口蹄疫抗体水平,但是采用间接ELISA检测血清抗体,存在一定比例的假阳性或假阴性。病毒中和试验更适合进行口蹄疫血清学的检测。The serum neutralizing antibody titer reflects the ability of serum neutralization on virus infection. It is an important index for vaccine evaluation. In this study,the O type FMDV of 120 serum samples collected from three domestic large-scale pig farms were detected by ELISA and VNT, and the coincidence rates and positive detection rate of the two methods were compared. The results showed that with the two methods,the positive coincidence rates and negative coincidence rates were 77.3% and 72.2%,the total coincidence rate was 75%. Both of the methods could effectively detect FMD antibody level in serum of pigs. However,there was a certain proportion of false positive or false negative results by indirect ELISA. NT was more suitable for FMD serological monitoring and survey.
