摘 要:以6个Lancaster自交系PHB1M及其改良系为父本,5个常用自交系为母本,按不完全双列杂交组配30个杂交组合,设计3种不同密度:6.0,7.5,9.0万株/hm2,对单株产量的杂种优势和配合力进行分析。结果表明:在3种密度条件下玉米单株产量普遍存在杂种优势,分别为117.4%、76.1%和50.6%,并且随着密度的增加杂种优势呈现降低的趋势;自选系J1624在3种密度下均有较高一般配合力效应,分别为6.39,2.24和12.83,稳产性较好;组合J1448×J1635的特殊配合力效应随着密度的增加而增加,分别为-7.57,12.32和17.92,说明其更适于密植环境下种植。Using six PHB1M inbred and improved lines of Lancaster as male parents and five com- monly used inbred lines as female parents, thirty combinations were produced by NC Ⅱ design, three kinds of different densities were designed (6.0×104, 7.5×104 and 9.0×104 plants/hm2) , and het- erosis and combining ability of yield per plant were analyzed. The results showed that heterosis of yield per plant was ubiquitous under three different densities, 117.4%, 76. 1% and 50. 6% respec- tively, and with the increase of density, heterosis showed a decreasing trend. The result of GCA a- nalysis showed that J1624 had superior GCA and stable yield under three densities, 6. 39, 2.24 and 12.83 respectively. The result of SCA analysis showed that SCA of combination J1448 ×J1635 in- creased with the increase of density, -7.57, 12.32 and 17.92 respectively, more preferable under high density planting.
