摘  要:采用菌丝生长速率法测定了甲霜灵、咪鲜胺和福美双3种单剂及5种混配制剂对水稻立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani)和禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium graminearum)的室内联合毒力。试验结果表明:3种单剂中咪鲜胺对水稻立枯丝核菌和禾谷镰刀菌的抑制作用最明显,有效中浓度(EC50)分别为0.61μg/m L和0.91μg/m L。5种配比中H1[V(甲霜灵)∶V(咪鲜胺)∶V(福美双)=2∶1∶5]、H2[V(甲霜灵)∶V(咪鲜胺)∶V(福美双)=2.5∶1.0∶4.5]对水稻立枯丝核菌和禾谷镰刀菌的共毒系数分别为174.2,201.83和483.75,442.95,增效作用明显,可作为田间试验的优选配方。By mycelium growth rate method, toxicity of Metalaxyl, Prochloraz and Thiram to Rhizoc- tonia solani and Fusarium graminearum was determined and joint toxicity of 5 preparations mixed with the above three fungicides was tested. The results showed that of the three single fungicides, toxicity of Prochloraz to R. solani and F. graminearum was the best, and ECso was 0. 61 μg/mL and 0. 91 μg/mL respectively. H1 (Metalaxyl : Prochloraz : Thiram = 2 : 1 : 5)and H2( Metalaxyl: Prochloraz:Thiram = 2.5 : 1.0 : 4. 5) had the strongest synergistic action with CTC 174.2 and 201.83 to R. solani, 483.75 and 442. 95 to F. graminearum. These 2 preparations will be used in field experiment.
