摘 要:水稻白叶枯病最近几年在中国东北地区呈现突发和爆发态势。明确当地病原菌毒性和品种抗病情况,是防治白叶枯病的有效措施。选择东北稻区23个水稻白叶枯病菌菌株,进行了IS-PCR扩增和系统分析,结果显示:在0.83遗传距离水平,23个菌株可划分为5个簇。利用分离的水稻白叶枯病菌株与粳稻品种接种互作,"通禾855"等部分品种表现较强抗谱。用9个中国水稻白叶枯病菌标准菌株对15份北方粳稻品种进行人工接种,结果显示除品种"通系929"表现中抗外,其他品种的抗性综合表现感病。研究结果表明:北方水稻白叶枯病菌遗传多样性较复杂,筛选、引进广谱抗水稻白叶枯病种质资源材料非常必要,而且,利用当地菌株筛选抗源材料更加可靠。Rice Bacterial Blight disease (BB) caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo) has been an explosive disease in Northeast China in recent years. To study pathogenicity of pathogenic bacteria and resistance of cultivars is an effective means to control BB. IS-PCR amplification and systematic analysis of 23 isolates chosen from Northeast rice rigions were carried out. The results showed that those isolates were divided into 5 families under O. 83 genetic distance. Eight local Japanica cuhivars were inoculated using 23 isolates,"tonghe 855" and some other cultivars showed resistance broad-spectrum to Xoo isolates. The resistance levels of 15 Japanica cultivars were detec- ted by inoculating 9 standard strains of Xoo races, and the results showed that these cultivars were susceptible except "tongxi 929" which was moderately resistant. The results suggest that genetic di- versity of Xoo was complex and screening and introduction of some broad-spectrum Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae-resistant germplasms are necessary. Furthermore, using the local BB isolates are fit for screening resistance germplasms.
