摘  要:应用Biolog技术研究了施用4种微生物菌剂对参后地土壤微生物群落代谢能力的影响。结果表明:哈茨木霉菌剂和益生元菌剂处理的微生物群落碳源利用率、Shannon指数、丰富度指数高于其他组和对照组;主成分分析结果表明:不同处理土壤微生物群落在碳源的利用上存在较大的差异,起分异作用的主要是氨基酸类和糖类碳源。益生元菌剂、哈茨木霉菌剂使土壤微生物对碳源的利用模式发生明显变化,益生元菌剂400 g/m2和哈茨木霉菌剂5 g/m2、8 g/m2对参后地土壤微生物具有较强的改良作用。Effects of 4 kinds of microbial inoculants on functional diversity of soil microbial commu- nity were studied with Biolog technique. The results showed that: In the treatment of Trichoderma harzianum and prebiotics inoculants treatment, the average well color development (AWCD) , Shan- non index and richness index were higher than those of other treatments. The principal component a- nalysis demonstrated that there were obvious differences in soil microbial community among different treatments, mainly based on the species of amino acids and carbohydrates. Prebiotics inoculants and Trichoderma harziatrum made soil microbial carbon source utilization pattern change obviously, and 400 g/m2 of prebiotics inoculants 8 g/m2 and 5 g/m2 of Trichoderma harzianum had a strong effect on the improvement of soil microorganism.
