摘  要:随着城市化进程的加速和城市规模的不断扩大,由于道路网规划滞后于城市总体规划,道路网规划对总规路网调整干预失效而引发的问题日益突出[1]。以安徽省界首市道路网规划编制为分析案例,提出了道路网规划编制与城市总体规划修编协同,并尝试引入了四维时空概念(三维空间+一维时间)的创新方法。研究结果表明,基于四维时空概念研究的道路网规划能够满足城市道路系统长远建设发展的需要,对于"三线"城市(铁路沿线、公路沿线、江河沿线)以及老城区的道路网规划具有一定的指导意义。With the acceleration of urbanization process and the continuous expanding of urban scale, and owing to the road network planning lagging behind the overall city planning, the problem caused by the intervening failure of road network planning to adjust the overall road network has become increasingly prominent. Taking the road network planning of Jieshou City in Anhui Province as the analysis case, the article puts forth the innovation method of coordinating the road network planning with the overall city planning, and trying to introduce the four-dimensional space-time conception(three-dimensional space +one-dimensional time). The study result shows that the road network planning based on the four-dimensional space-time conception can satisfy the demand of the long-term construction development of city road system,which has a certain significance for the planning of road networks in the 'three-line city'(along railway,along highway and along river) and the old cities.
