摘 要:混凝烧杯实验是水厂确定混凝剂最佳投加量的一种常用方法。如何使烧杯实验的结果更好地用于水厂的生产实践一直是给水排水行业关注的热点之一,其中烧杯实验的条件是一重要的影响因素。现基于CFD软件的fluent6.3,对烧杯实验中烧杯形状和桨叶不同组合方式下的流场进行了模拟和数据分析,并结合现场混凝烧杯实验前后的浊度、高锰酸盐指数的变化进行了综合评价。数值模拟的研究表明,方杯-平桨比其他烧杯桨叶组合形式更适合用于混凝烧杯实验,其实验结果也与水厂的运行数据基本一致。也就是说,采用方杯-平桨组合方式进行烧杯混凝实验所得的结果可以更好地为水厂的生产运行提供参考。The coagulation beaker experiment is a common method of determining the best dosage of coagulant in waterworks. It is always one of focuses how to make the results of beaker experiment better used for the production practice of waterworks for attention in the water supply and drainage industry, in which the condition of beaker experience is an important influencing factor. Based on the CFD software fluent6.3, the article introduces the simulation and data analysis of flow distribution in the different combination modes of beaker shapes and paddles in beaker experiment, and comprehensively evaluates by the variation of turbidity and permanganate indexes before and after field coagulation beaker experiments. The study results of numerical simulation show that the square beaker- flat paddle combination is more suitable for the coagulation beaker experiment than the other combinations of beaker and paddle. The practical result is basically identical with the operation data of waterworks, in other words, the result achieved by the beaker coagulation experiment of square beaker-flat paddle combination mode can be better referred for the production operation of waterworks.
