儿童颅脑损伤早期呼吸窘迫的临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨儿童中重型颅脑损伤并发急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）的诊疗经验。方法：回顾性总结68例中重型颅脑损伤并发ARDS儿童患者的临床资料，并结合文献进行分析。结果：死亡32例，恢复良好14例，中残18例，重残4例。结论：中重型颅脑损伤并发ARDS儿童患者的病死率和致残率均较高。应积极解除病因、预防及早期诊断、治疗ARDS，降低死亡率。Objective To explore children＇s medium-duty cranial injury complicated with acute respiratory distress syndrome CARDS） in the diagnosis and treatment experience. Methods Retmspecticely summarized 68 cases of children patients of medium-duty craniocerebral injury complicated with ARDS with clinical data, and combined with literature to analysis. Results Death 32 cases, 14 cases recovered well, 18 cases moderate disability, 4 cases were severely disabled. Conclusions Medium-duty craniocerebml injury complicated with ARDS mortality and morbidity in patients with children were higher, we should do active orevention, early diamaosis and reduce mortalitv.
