实时三维超声评价房间隔缺损封堵术后右心室功能

摘　　要：目的：使用实时三维超声心动图（RT-3DE）评价ASD患者封堵术前及术后不同时间右心室容量及收缩功能。方法：应用实时三维超声对30例单纯继发孔型房间隔缺损患者术前及术后不同时期测量右心室舒张末期容积（RVEDV）、收缩末期容积（RVESV）、右室射血分数（RVEF），对比上述参数分析右心室收缩功能。结果：封堵后不同时期患者右室舒张末期容积、收缩末期容积逐渐降低，射血分数逐渐升高。结论：继发孔型房间隔缺损患者封堵后右心室收缩功能得到改善。Objective To evaluate RV volume and systolic function before operation and at different time point after operation with RT-3DE, to evaluate the feasibility of RT-3DE for evaluating RV function. Methods apply RT-3DE to measure RVEDV, RVESV and RVEF at pre-operation and post-operation at different times, contrasting these parameters to analysis right ventricular systolic function. Results Right ventricular end-diastolic volume, end-systolic volume of post-operation patients are gradually reduced, while right ventricular ejection fraction is gradually rised. Conclusions Patients with Atrial septal defect right ventricular systolic function can be improved.
