指挥调度系统在院前心肌梗塞急救中的应用对比研究

摘　　要：目的：分析绵阳市院前急救指挥调度系统使用在提高急性心肌梗塞急救水平中的作用。方法：收集2011年7月至2014年6月期间，绵阳市120指挥调度中心安装卫生应急指挥系统前后2年内受理的市民呼救急性心肌梗塞疾病信息。记录两组指挥调度效能一一派车时间、现场送院时间、医院处置转归和患者二次转院例数等。结果使用急救指挥调度系统后派车时间、到达现场时间、医院处置转归都得到了明显改善，院前死亡率明显下降，急性心肌梗塞治愈、好转率明显高于对照组，而病死率明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：应用急救指挥调度系统服务体系对于提升接处警的效率、提高急性心肌粳塞抢救成功率、降低病死率及优化急救资源、规范院前急救流程以及实现信息共享有重要的意义。Objective Analysis of Mianyang City prehospital emergency commanding and dispatching system for use in improving the level of first aid of acute MI in action. Methods Data from July to2011 June 2014 were collected, before and after the installation of sanitary emergency command system of Mianyang City, 120 command and dispatch center within 2 years to accept the public for help information of disease of acute myocardial infarction. Recording two groups command scheduling efficiency-car time, site sent to hospital, hospital treatment outcome of patients with time and two times the number of patients transferred. Result The use of emergency command and dispatch system after sending a car time, hospital, hospital disposal site time prognosis were obviously improved, two transferred to significantly reduce the number of cases, acute myocardial infarction, improve the cure rate was significantly higher than that of control group, but the mortality rate is significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Application of emergency command and dispatch system to improve the efficiency of police service system, improve the success rate of emergency treatment of acute myocardial infarction, reduce the mortality rate and the optimization of emergency resources, standardize the pre hospital emergency care processand realize information sharing will have important significance.
