头痛宁治疗偏头痛的系统评价

摘　　要：目的：系统评价临床使用头痛宁治疗偏头痛的有效性。方法：使用计算机检索Pub Med（1966~2014）、EMbase（1974~2014）、Cochrane图书馆（2014年第3期）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM,1864~2014）、中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI,1979.01~2014）、中文科技期刊全文数据库（VIP,1989~2014）,同时利用Google、Baidu等工具搜集有关的信息。收集文献中所有有关头痛宁与西比灵（氟桂利嗪）比较治疗偏头痛的临床随机对照试验（RCT）,采用Cochrane系统评价的方法对纳入研究进行质量评价,同时使用Rev Man5.1.7软件进行Meta分析得出结论。结果：最后纳入了7个RCT。对其进行Mata分析得出,头痛宁治疗偏头痛与西比灵比较,其有效率[OR=3.46,95%CI（2.23,5.36）,P〈0.00001]差异有统计学上意义。结论：头痛宁治疗偏头痛优于西比灵。由于本系统评价纳入研究的方法学质量较低,且例数较少,因此尚需开展更多设计合理、执行严格的多中心大样本且随访时间足够长的随机对照试验验证其疗效及安全性。Objective ： To evaluate the efficacy of Tou Tongning for migraine. Methods ： We searched The Cochrane Library （ Issue 3,2014 ）, EMBASE （ 1974 to Oct 2014 ）, PubMed （ 1966 to Oct 2014 ）, VIP （ 1989 to Oct 2014 ）, CNKI （ 1979 to Oct 2014 ）and CBM （ 1864 to Oct 2014 ）, while at the same time taking advantage of Google, Baidu and other tools to gather information and collect all relevant documents about Toutongning ans Sibelium （ flunarizine ） in order to comparing the treatment of migraine randomized controlled trials （ RCT ）, using the Cochrane systematic review approach to evalu- ate the quality of the included studies, using both software RevMan5.1.7 Meta-analysis concluded. Results：Seven studies were included, involving 7 randomized trials. Meta-analyses showed that the total effective rate of Tou Tongning was bet- ter than Sibeline （ OR=3.46,95%CI （ .23,5.36 ）, P〈0.00001 ）. Conclusion： Tou Tongning is more effective in the treat- ment of migraine than sibeline.The quality of the system was low due to the evaluation of the methodological quality of the included studies, and fewer cases, it will take more reasonable to carry out the design, the implementation of strict multi- center large sample and long follow-up time enough randomized controlled trials to validate the efficacy and safety.
