秦皮浴联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察秦皮浴联合窄谱中波紫外线在银屑病治疗过程中的临床疗效及结果。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例寻常型银屑病患者随机分成2组,每组30例,对照组给予窄谱中波紫外线治疗,治疗组给予秦皮浴联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗,观察治疗后,2组患者的皮损恢复情况,评价其疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组有29例患者有起到治疗疗效,仅有1例失效,有效率为96.67%,与对照组有效率70.00%相比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,共有5例患者发生不良反应,但并不影响结果。结论:秦皮浴联合窄谱中波紫外治疗寻常型银屑病患者具有显著的临床疗效,相比较于单纯的窄谱中波治疗好。Objective To observe the clinical observation about Qinpi medicine Bath joint NB-UVB in treating epidermis of psoriasis vulgaris. Method Will be included in the standard of 60 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris, randomly di- vided into two groups, 30 cases in each group, the control group given NB-UVB treatment, the treating group given Qinpi medicine bath joint NB-UVB treatment, observing after the treatment, two groups of patients with the skin lesions of re- covery, and evaluate its curative effect. Results The treating group after treatment with 29 patients had a curative effect, only 1 case of failure, the effective rate was 96.67%, compared with the control group （ effective rate was 70.00% ） with difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Qinpi bath-UVB unusual joint NB-UVB treantment epidermis of psoriasis curative ef- fect is distinct, a NB-UVB alone good curative effect.
